Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Baseline Labs, we take pride in the precision and craftsmanship of our aluminium furniture pieces. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue monetary refunds under any circumstances. All sales are considered final upon purchase.

Damaged Products and Exchanges

The only exception to our strict no-returns policy is if a product arrives damaged. If your item sustains damage during delivery, we will provide a direct exchange for the exact same product.

Reporting a Damage Concern

To be eligible for an exchange, you must raise your concern with us within 3 days of receiving the product. If more than 3 days have passed since your delivery date, we cannot authorize an exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate a damage exchange, please email our support team at help@baselinelabs.com within the 3-day window. Please include your order details alongside clear photographs demonstrating the damage to the product. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
